The Stillwater Wedding Experience wedding fair is open to any and all couples! This is the perfect opportunity for couples in any stage of wedding planning who want inspiration, details, and real-world answers. Meet with experienced wedding vendors, venue coordinators, bar managers, and more! Whether you are tying the knot in Stillwater or elsewhere, newly engaged or wrapping up planning, the Stillwater Wedding Experience is both an exciting and insightful part of your wedding journey. Sip on Mimosa and Bloody Mary specials while getting wedding questions answered, watching a fashion show presented by Beloved Bridal, and waiting to hear your name called at the big prize drawing!
2027 Grand Prizes
(1) $ 2,500 off JX room rental – JX Venue
(1) $ 1,500 off Loft room rental – Loft 214
(1) 50% off rental Open Fridays (Nov ’27 – April ’28 – Loft 214) – This prize is only applicable to couples have not booked their wedding with us yet. Clients who have already booked are inelligible.
